📋 Article 1: Introduction & Definitions

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Buy Egypt (buy.com.eg) Platform and all its services. By using the Platform or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

1.2 Definitions

👤 Article 2: Account Registration Requirements

1. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on the Platform.
2. You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration.
3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities under your account.
4. Creating more than one personal account per user is prohibited.
5. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, with prior notice.

💰 Article 3: Orders & Pricing

3.1 Prices & Currency

1. All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
2. Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.
3. Shipping fees are calculated separately and displayed before order confirmation.
4. Sellers may adjust prices at any time — however, confirmed orders remain at the price at the time of confirmation.

3.2 Order Confirmation

1. Confirming an order and paying for it creates a binding sales contract between the buyer and seller.
2. The Platform acts as a technical intermediary — it is not a direct party to the sales contract.
3. The Platform reserves the right to reject or cancel any order suspected of being fraudulent.

1. Stated delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors.
2. Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on delivery location and order weight.
3. The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
4. If shipping is delayed beyond double the estimated time, the buyer may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

↩️ Article 6: Returns & Exchanges

1. Buyers may return products within 14 days of the receipt date.
2. Products must be in their original condition with packaging and accessories.
3. Some products are exempt from returns: personal items, food, digital products, custom-made products.
4. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.

🏪 Article 7: Seller Obligations

1. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of product information (description, photos, price, stock).
2. Sellers must fulfill orders within the specified timeframe and at the advertised quality.
3. Sellers are prohibited from listing counterfeit, fraudulent, or illegal products.
4. A commission is deducted from each sale according to the chosen subscription plan.
5. Sellers are responsible for compliance with Egyptian laws regarding listed products and services.
6. The Platform is not liable for defective products — sellers bear full responsibility.

⛔ Article 8: Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited from listing, sale, or promotion on the Platform:

1. Illegal, counterfeit, or stolen products.
2. Products that infringe intellectual property rights.
3. Hazardous materials, weapons, or prohibited substances.
4. Offensive, discriminatory, or misleading content.
5. Any product or content that violates Egyptian law.

Violations result in immediate account suspension with potential legal action.

©️ Article 9: Intellectual Property Rights

1. All Platform content (logos, designs, text, code) is owned by NASEY and protected by intellectual property laws.
2. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
3. Products and content provided by sellers remain their property, with a license granted to us for display on the Platform.

⚠️ Article 10: Limitation of Liability

1. The Platform provides a technical intermediary service between sellers and buyers.
2. We do not guarantee permanent product availability or a website free from technical errors.
3. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Platform.
4. Our maximum liability does not exceed the value of the transaction in question.

⚖️ Article 11: Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
2. In case of a dispute, it shall first be resolved amicably within 30 days.
3. If amicable resolution fails, the case shall be filed before the competent Egyptian courts in Mansoura.

🔄 Article 12: Amendment of Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes 30 days before they take effect via email and an on-site notice. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
